When you order a booth through Quixhibit, you’re not just renting a structure – you’re getting a fully managed trade show solution with one clear, all-inclusive price.
Professionally Designed Booth
Choose from curated, pre-designed booth concepts that deliver a premium, custom-built look without the cost and complexity of individual design work.
Booth Structure, Graphics and Furniture
Your booth includes the complete structural system and professionally produced graphics, prepared specifically for your event and booth size. It also includes furniture, such as counters, pedestals and your choice of either 4 chairs and a table or 3 bar stools and a standing table.
Additionally, you can order individual upgrades, such as brochure stands, fridges, coffee makers, individual lighting and other furniture.
Transportation to and from the Show
We handle all logistics, including shipping the booth to the venue and returning it after the event – fully coordinated with the show organizer.
Installation & Dismantling
Professional labor installs your booth before the show opens and dismantles it afterward. You arrive to a finished booth – no tools, no stress.
Show Services Coordination
We take care of coordinating required services such as electrical connections and other venue-related services based on your booth setup.
