Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at https://quixhibit.com website (the “Service”) operated by Quixhibit / Expo.Partners, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to our services are subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies published and that may be published from time to time by us.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms of the Agreement, then you may not access or use our Services.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Quixhibit / Expo.Partners, LLC and its licensors.

Third Party Services

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third Party Services”).

If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

  • Any use of a Third Party Service is at your own risk, and we shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for Third Party websites or Services.
  • You acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account.

You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for keeping your password secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account that you use to access the Service. You shall not share or misuse your access credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or upon becoming aware of any other breach of security.

About Quixhibit

Quixhibit provides an online platform that allows exhibitors to browse, configure, and request professionally designed trade show booths with transparent, all-inclusive pricing. Quixhibit also coordinates logistics, installation, dismantling, and related show services.

Use of the Website and Platform

You may use the Quixhibit website and platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes

Quixhibit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion.

Non-Binding Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting a booth request or order through the Quixhibit website does not constitute a binding contract.

An online order initiates a coordination and review process during which Quixhibit may:

  • Verify booth suitability for the event

  • Confirm technical and logistical feasibility

  • Discuss details such as graphics and show requirements

A binding agreement is formed only after:

  1. Quixhibit provides a final contract or order confirmation, and

  2. The customer accepts the contract and completes payment as instructed.

Until that point, either party may withdraw without obligation.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Quixhibit platform are intended to be transparent and all-inclusive based on the information provided at the time.

Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • Event requirements change

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information was provided

  • Additional services are requested

Payments are due as outlined in the final contract or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order has been finalized and a contract has been executed, it becomes binding.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 3 months prior to the event:
    90% of the total order value will be refunded.

  • Cancellation within 3 months of the event:
    A 20% administrative fee applies. Any costs already incurred (including but not limited to production, printing, or shipping) will be charged and deducted from any refund.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Orders

Requests for changes after order finalization may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments. Quixhibit cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated, especially close to the event date.

Graphics and Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, final, and approved artwork and content by the agreed deadlines.

Quixhibit is not responsible for:

  • Errors in customer-provided files

  • Delays caused by late or incorrect submissions

By providing content, the customer represents that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

Event and Venue Limitations

Quixhibit’s services are subject to:

  • Venue rules and regulations

  • Show organizer requirements

  • Union labor rules

  • Force majeure events

Quixhibit is not responsible for delays, restrictions, or additional costs caused by third parties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Trade Show Buddy App and Emergency Support

The Trade Show Buddy app and emergency support features are provided on a best-effort basis. While Quixhibit aims to assist promptly, response times and outcomes may vary depending on circumstances and availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quixhibit shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Delays or failures caused by third parties, venues, or force majeure

Quixhibit’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim/

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quixhibit, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your provided content or instructions

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quixhibit is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Quixhibit reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
